The Site describes our services, shows our portfolio and case studies, and provides a way to contact us. The Site does not provide user accounts or self-service design tools.
Ownership. The Site, including text, graphics, logos, artwork, photos, videos, case studies, layouts, designs, code, and look and feel, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.
Client work. Portfolio items are shown with permission and in line with industry practice. All third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
License. You may view the Site for personal, noncommercial use only. No other license is granted.
Restrictions. You may not copy, download, screenshot at scale, frame, mirror, scrape, harvest, data mine, or use the Site or its contents to train or improve any AI or machine learning system without our prior written consent.
Reservation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You will not: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) interfere with Site security or test vulnerabilities; (c) introduce malware or spam; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) use automated means to access, query, or copy the Site, including for text or image scraping or model training; (f) advertise or solicit through the Site without our written permission.
The Site may include links to or integrations with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for them.
Information you submit through forms or email is not confidential unless we have a separate signed nondisclosure agreement. Do not send proprietary or sensitive information without an NDA.
Site content is for general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by California law. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

This Policy applies to the Site and related communications. It does not apply to client projects we perform under a separate agreement. Those matters are governed by the applicable service contract or statement of work.
Information you provide: contact and company details such as name, email, phone, company, role, and country or state; project information and messages; optional file uploads if enabled on the form.
Information collected automatically: device and usage data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser and operating system information, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, and general location based on IP; analytics data through Google Analytics; session replay and interaction data through Microsoft Clarity with input masking; advertising identifiers and cookies for Google Ads when enabled after launch.
Information from service providers: aggregated or pseudonymous insights from analytics and advertising partners.
We use necessary cookies to run the Site and optional cookies for analytics and, when enabled, advertising. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner and honor your preferences. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site; analyze Site performance and content; respond to inquiries and provide requested information; send marketing communications when you opt in through Campaign Monitor; support advertising and remarketing through Google Ads when enabled; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies to visits from the EEA or UK, our legal bases include legitimate interests for Site operations, analytics, and security, performance of a contract to respond to your inquiries, consent for non-essential cookies or marketing where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
We share personal information with service providers that host, process, analyze, or deliver communications on our behalf, including website hosting, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Campaign Monitor, and, when enabled, Google Ads; parties to a corporate transaction; and authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. Under California law, our use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising when Google Ads is enabled.
Email marketing: we only add you to marketing email lists if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time through Campaign Monitor links or by contacting us.
Cookies: use the cookie banner or browser settings to adjust preferences.
California privacy rights: California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, and may opt out of “sharing” for advertising when Google Ads is enabled. Submit requests to legal@articulate-solutions.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent with proof of authorization and identity verification. We do not discriminate for exercising rights.
EEA and UK rights: where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, or portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us at legal@articulate-solutions.com.
We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy or as required by law. Analytics and session replay data follow each provider’s retention settings.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our business and the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us to request deletion.
We operate in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data. We configure input masking and avoid capturing sensitive fields.
We use Google Analytics. We may enable Google Ads after launch for measurement and remarketing. Google may set cookies or identifiers. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage ad personalization in Google Ad Settings when Ads are enabled.
We do not grant permission for any Site content, including portfolio materials and images, to be used for training, fine-tuning, or improving AI or machine learning systems.
We may update this Policy. We will post the new effective date and note material changes for a reasonable time.
