Katherine Filice is a highly awarded creative director with over 30 years of experience leading cohesive brand development for a wide variety of B2B and B2C companies as well as government agencies, higher education institutions, and non-profit organizations. Katherine helps clients develop and manage their branding strategy across all media to create a fully consistent consumer experience. Her specialties include identity design, creative communications, and illustration and design, as well as innovative website and social media development. She also has deep experience with corporate communications, media relations, and community outreach. Katherine holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership and is an Alpha Sigma Nu Lifetime Honor Society member and long-time Rotarian. Katherine is also a professional artist who has exhibited her works in London, New York, and Hong Kong.
Jason Raby has nearly 20 years of experience leading the Articulate Solutions team of graphic designers and web developers. His specialties include website design, media planning, digital marketing, and business analytics. With an unusual combination of technical experience and design expertise, Jason excels at developing creative ideas, driving them through execution, and fully measuring the ROI. Jason has a B.A. degree in Communication Design, focusing on Graphic Design, and also studied at the Universita Karlova in Prague. He enjoys racing (and working on) cars and riding his mountain bike.

Julie Jackson is an experienced writer and editor with an M.A. in English from U.C. Berkeley and a unique talent for communicating in clear, concise language. Since joining the Articulate Solutions team in 2009, she has worked on copy development and project management for branding projects, websites, brochures, social media campaigns, press releases, and advertising campaigns. Julie loves getting to work with a wide variety of clients and learn about their different industries and organizations. She also enjoys reading, hiking, and cooking; cranberry-orange scones and mint chocolate chip cookies are two of her all-time greatest culinary hits.
An experienced designer with an M.F.A. degree from Boston University, Chi Nguyen brings a range of art and design disciplines to every project she works on—whether that’s creative graphic design and brand strategy or web design and front-end development. She’s a very detail-oriented designer who is also a talented front-end web developer—well-versed in technical tools like CSS, HTML and content management platforms. Chi has been part of many award-winning projects since joining Articulate Solutions in 2013 but is particularly proud of the Hermes Platinum award for the Visit Gilroy Spice Magazine. She also enjoys running and hiking.
Marcos has over nine years of experience working as a graphic designer; his specialties include corporate identity design, web design, and print design. Marcos joined Articulate Solutions in 2014, and he loves the fact that he always gets to work on something fresh and new. His website design work has been recognized with many awards, including the W3 Award, DotCOMM Award, and Hermes Platinum Award. Marcos holds a B.A. in Graphic Design & Visual Effects from the Academy of Art in San Francisco and enjoys reading, watching cooking shows, eating ramen, and traveling.
Roi is a talented designer with a B.A. in Art/General Design Studies, a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from San Jose State University, 20+ years of experience working with Illustrator and Photoshop, and a special knack for mapping complex information and data. He joined Articulate Solutions in 2017 and loves having the opportunity to grow his skills and learn from a collaborative group of creative minds. Roi thrives on the challenge of creating excellent work on a deadline and is no stranger to working under pressure—he once drove a 65-ton battle tank for the U.S. Army through the Mojave Desert!
Ismael brings many years of work experience and a great sense of humor to the Articulate Solutions creative team. Since 2014, he’s provided production support for a wide range of projects, including prepping press files, printing in-house, and coordinating with print vendors. He is the company’s go-to guru for photo retouching and also enjoys fine woodworking and tennis.
Angelica assists the Articulate Solutions team by coordinating social media and digital advertisement placements, as well as providing data analysis and reporting. She’s also a great proofreader and has a keen eye for detail. Angelica holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from San Francisco State University.
Nicole joined Articulate Solutions in 2015 with more than 20 years of work experience in the accounting field. She manages all aspects of Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources and takes pride in maintaining clean financials for the company. In her free time, Nicole enjoys interior decorating and taking care of her four pet chickens (Reba, Wendy, Chicky and Goldie), who make her smile daily.
The famed pooch Dakota Filice joined Articulate Solutions in December, 2011. She specializes in long naps, tug-of-war, and fetch. She is bilingual and known for her expert command of the "platz" and "sitzen". This seemingly ferocious girl is a sucker for a good back scratch and a cookie.
